The holiday season and the start of a new year often inspire people to seek a fresh beginning, often in the form of a gym membership or newfound motivation to shed those holiday pounds.

Why not leverage this as a chance to promote Storytel in a distinctive way as a solution to support their weight loss journey?



               








Client:  Storytel is one of the world's largest subscription audiobook and e-book streaming services, with more than 500,000 titles in our service worldwide.



Brief: Come up with a concept for Storytel that fits in with the potential of activating the traveler's at Schiphol.



Insight: Heavy suitcases are a common struggle for holiday goers. 
 
Idea: A simple message: Lose Weight. Not the weight on your body, but the weight that books add to your suitcase.

Of course it is rude to tell someone to lose weight, but it’s a different story when it’s about helping them save space while traveling. Physical books, in this context only add unnecessary weight and occupy valuable space in your luggage.

Storytel can use this insight to create attention-grabbing print OOH designed to turn heads at Schiphol at first glance.  But upon further inspection, its to highlight Storytel as a solution to a common travellers issue: combating overweight suitcases.
